We couldn’t get on Facebook for
the Live Show, bu we still recorded. We actually recorded on
Thanksgiving, before the feast, which worked out well for the
John has some big news for
us —he has been cleared by his therapist for weight-loss
surgery! Yay! He also gives us a quick Dude Cooking recipe for
vegetable soup and we talk about getting more vegetables in, even
though it’s been too cold (for Emily) for a salad
From John and Emily, we hope you
have a wonderful holiday season and we hope you extend grace to
yourself. It’s a very eating-centric time of year and people tend
to beat themselves up the most. We want to help keep you
accountable to yourself and your health and we are so grateful
