We were all this together when
we were dieting, and now we’re all in this together when it comes
to staying home and stopping the spread of COVID-19.
This week, we’re starting to get
used to our new life of quarantining ourselves and keeping
ourselves separated from others. There’s a little bit of stress
eating popping up in our lives, as well, but we try to keep the
mood up in this episode!
