John did a solo episode and he did a great job! Emily wasn’t feeling well that day and had to bail. But as I’m writing these show notes, I am loving hearing John’s wins and his thoughts on the article that was put in the Hate to Weight Discussion Group!

  • John goes outside his comfort zone and does a solo episode! Sorry, everyone  — Emily had a headache and didn’t sleep well that night before and had to skip this week.
  • But John took initiative and stepped up when he gained weight the past few weeks.
  • He and his girlfriend, Samantha, worked together with MyFitnessPal and talk every day about their progress.
  • Yay for the Whooshie Pill! (But also, boo to the constant peeing!)
  • We also do a Winning Wednesday! Great job, everyone!
  • John even does a solo weigh-in! Wow! (Sorry, I’m so impressed while writing these show notes! Great job, John!)
