  • It’s weird watching these movies with people who haven’t ever had weight problems. We also know those friends who say things like, “I can’t do cardio! I lose too much weight too quickly!”
  • One thing about changing yourself is feeling like our friends want to keep us in their little compartments in their minds and in real life.
  • Sam, John’s girlfriend, is coming into town! Yay! And the Super Bowl is coming up, so let’s talk about that food!
  • Emily’s favorite cupcake place has a Buffalo Chicken Cupcake! Would you try it?
  • Are you ready for the best way to eat a cupcake? Cupcake Sandwich!
  • There’s a new “Biggest Loser!” and we get to hear John’s real thoughts on Jillian Michaels.
  • John Judge-mingo might be another alias for John, lol.
  • If someone can’t find you attractive how you are, they are not the person for you. — Great advice from John.
  • Emily mothers John and tells him he doesn’t have time. You’re welcome, future John!
  • Big shout-out to Wellness While Walking by Coach Carolyn. I loved the tip from the podcast about adding more vegetables and LOVES Everything But the Bagel Seasoning on them! Wow!
  • John gives some Dude Cooking lessons from his InstantPot. But, boy, do we have issues with making eggs sometimes. Emily last time, this time John!
  • Emily has an Ask a Skinny Person moment because she’s not used to having her butt hurt from sitting on a bony/less-fatty butt.
