that we have the accountability of the podcast, luckily John and
Emily don’t run too far amok.
- John’s actually finding it easier to get the
food he needs and he may be getting into a groove. This has made
the anxiety subside.

is recording an audiobook version of her book in her other Facebook
group to get out of her comfort zone.
- We
really appreciate you listening to our vulnerability. Something
about this podcast is the truth serum we have needed as a form of
therapy.
- John
goes deep into what he thinks about doing affirmations in the
mornings.
- Emily
talks about her morning pages and how she follows the moon
cycles!
