  • John Bukenas is a podcast editor from New Jersey. He started the podcast doing keto and intermittent fasting, but is now gearing up for bariatric surgery (probably) later this summer.
  • Emily Prokop is a podcast editor from Connecticut. She has been doing Intermittent Fasting since April 2018 and has lost more than 60 pounds. She started with 16:8 and is now doing 18:6.

  • What are you done with? We are allowed to tell ourselves that we are done with something for the rest of our lives, and it can be very freeing.
  • Emily got a haircut and finally gets a haircut she enjoys!
  • The baggy look isn’t really working for Emily. But what a nice problem to have — losing weight and needing to buy new clothes.
  • There’s still a moment where Emily has to remind herself she needs a smaller size.
